GAS POWERED, TOW-BEHIND BRUSH CHIPPER

The RC 6D is a heavy-duty 6 inch capacity disc chipper that generates high performance while providing long life and easy maintenance.  The machine is powered by a 25 HP Kohler V-twin engine, or for those wanting more horsepower and torque, a 35 HP Vanguard V-twin engine.  VERSA-FEED, reversing automatic feed control, minimises vibration and maximises performance of the machine.

Innovation and technology are taken to the next level with RAYCO's RC 12D xp 12 inch capacity disc chipper.  The machine is equipped with a fuel saver system programmed to throttle the engine down to an idle if the feed-wheel control bar remains in the neutral position for more than 60 seconds.  A hydraulic self-adjusting clutch attaches to a powerful turbo-charged 115 HP Cat Diesel engine.  VERSA-FEED, reversing automatic feed control, maximises HP and enhances performance.

RC 16.5

140 HP

TURBO CHARGED DIESEL POWERED, TOW-BEHIND BRUSH CHIPPER

The RAYCO RC 16.5 drum style brush chipper gives contractors a 43cm capacity machine loaded with smart features designed to maximise productivity and keep maintenance at a minimum.  With fuel capacity of 189 litres, the 140 HP Caterpillar diesel will run all day without stopping to re-fuel.  The RC 16.5 also features fuel saver technology which automatically decelerates the engine if the feed control bar remains in neutral for 60 seconds.  To eliminate clutch maintenance, the RC 16.5 features a hydraulic clutch that engages at the push of a button and never needs to be adjusted.  A Torflex idler makes belt adjustments simpler and does not require movement of the engine.  The top feed wheel is powered by a large planetary drive motor that provides plenty of torque while eliminating problematic couplers used by our competitors.

RAYCO's RC 20 xp is a highly productive 20 inch capacity whole tree drum chipper.  A 225 HP turbo charged John Deere diesel engine attaches to a maintenance-free hydraulic self-adjusting clutch.  VERSA-FEED, reversing automatic feed control, protects engines from overloading and enhances machine performance.  RAYCO's fuel saver technology throttles the engine down to an idle if the feed wheel control bar is left in neutral for more than 60 seconds minimising fuel consumption.
